I’ve ordered my tickets by phone or online. How do I pick them up?

Your ticket will be ready for you to pickup at the venue Will Call window at least 45 minutes before your concert start time. The venue Box Office is open on concert days 60 minutes prior to curtain time and remains open until 15 minutes after the concert begains.

What if I have a question at the theatre?

Ask our Volunteers! We want our patrons to enjoy every aspect of their special afternoons with the VMO. That is why we have friendly and stationed volunteers throughout the theatre to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. You will see the VMO’s volunteers and staff members wearing their VMO tags. If you need information about the concert or the theatre’s facilities, or if you require some assistance, do not hesitate to call on them.

You can also ask for assistance from any uniformed usher or ticket-taker.
