Ticketing FAQ

Q. Is there a Box Office at the venue? Can I buy tickets in person?

A. Yes, you are more than welcome to buy tickets in person from our ticketing outlets and/or from the Box Office at the venue. You can also purchase via our Online Box Office. We are also available by phone at 604.876.9397.

Tickets prices are the same regardless of whether you purchase your ticket online, by phone, or in person at our ticketing outlets or the venue Box Office.

Q. Do you have wheelchair seating?

A. Wheelchair seating is available at each of our venues. Please advise us of your needs when you book your tickets.

Q. I’ve ordered my tickets by phone or online. How do I pick them up?

A. Your ticket will be ready for you to pickup at the venue Will Call window at least 45 minutes before your concert start time.

The venue Box Office is open on concert days 60 minutes prior to curtain time and remains open until 15 minutes after the concert begains.

Q. What are the hours that I can phone the VMO Box Office?

A. The VMO Box Office is available by phone Monday to Sunday, 10am – 8pm. The phone number is 604.876.9397. If our representatives are not available to take your call, you can leave us a message and we will call you back.

Q. Is there a “Mail” option for my tickets?

Q. What if I cannot attend a performance that I have booked?

A. Please call the box office to inquire about whether an exchange to another concert is possible. There are no refunds for ticket purchases.

Q. How can I help support the VMO?

A. As a non-profit organization, we rely on contributions we receive from community-minded individuals like you who value the music we perform on stage. Your donation is critical to our success.

How does your gift work? We invest 100% of donations in the production of our concerts and our commitment to musician development. Please consider making a donation today. You can donate online or in person. Donation boxes will be set up in the venue lobby at each of our concerts. You can also contact our Jim Thorp, Fundraising Committee at [email protected]. Tax receipts will be issued promptly.
