Flute
Laura is an active solo and orchestral musician and performs frequently with her trio, NOVO Ensemble. She has won numerous competitions and awards including the Concours Européen de Musique, the Prix de la Ville de Paris and the Mary Gardiner Award for Contemporary Music. Laura has studied flute in Paris with Philippe Pierlot, Vincent Lucas and the late Alain Marion and later at the Royal Northern College of Music under Peter Lloyd. She recently received her masters in music performance from the University of Victoria.
